The highly anticipated new film, "Retrospect" by Sidewayz will be premiering June 4, 2004 in Reno, NV. This film takes you back through the life of Scott Byerly and shows how he became the most influential rider in wake sports.

Texas Ski Ranch will be cranking up their summer time weekly tournament series on Thursday nights. The series will flip flop between a boat and cable competition format. It will all end at the Final Showdown.
Texas Ski Ranch’s Cablestock 2004 was everything an action sport festival should be: lots of riding for everyone, great music, extreme cars and trucks, a motox race, fun, bikinis everywhere, off the wall events, and some hot head to head competition on the boat and cable lakes.
The International Amateur Tour (INT) recently added an open wakeskate division for the 2004 season and will also feature a wakeskate division at the 2004 US Championships in Bakersfield, CA.
The new elite format for the Pro Tour has seemed to shake things up a bit as we are seeing some new riders make the podium this season. Steve Schoenhals won his first ever SeaDoo watercraft Pro Wakeskate Series event in Ft. Worth, TX.
Danny Hampson looks for win number two on the 2004 Pro Tour as he makes it to the final round of the pro wakeskate division. Last stop's top finishers Brian Grubb and George Daniels failed to qualify.
Integrity has started production for their 2004 line of wakeskates. The highly anticipated decks will begin shipping in June of 2004. The new Integrity skates will be available on Integrity's website.
