Sidewayz Premiers Retrospect In Reno The most anticipated wake film ever is premiering June 4, 2004 in Reno at the John Ascuaga's Nugget at 9:30 PM. With the wakeboarding pro-tour and the X-games qualifiers in town, Reno will be teeming with wakeboarders and wakeskaters from around the world. Ronn Seidenglaz, creator of Sidewayz films, declares "The film covers the last 10 years of wakeboarding. This is the biggest thing we have ever worked on and has been two years in the making."
Sidewayz brings you the most comprehensive wakeboarding movie to date, the Byerly film "Retrospect." This film takes you back through the life of Scott Byerly and friends, and shows how he became the most influential rider in the history of wakeboarding. Retrospect will show you the true roots of the sport, and those who helped to shape and mold wakeboarding and wakeskating into the culture as we know it today. From the testimonies of friends and family, you’ll understand why Byerly is the icon that he is in wakeboarding and wakeskating.
