Red Bull National Wake 2.0The Potomac River runs through four states bringing different cultures together from coal miners to urban resident to watermen. Red Bull Athletes and Professional Wakeboarders Brian Grubb and JD Webb will once again bring their beloved sport to National Harbor where the Potomac River runs just outside of Washington, DC. They will fly, they will soar, they will wow the crowd with wild airs and double overhead sprays of the Nation's River at Red Bull National Wake 2.0.
Towed by the Red Bull WaveRunners', Grubb and Webb will hit some of the most unique features ever to float in the Potomac River. These athletes will come together at this iconic location to fly off and slide on custom features built by the The Wake Park Project crew specifically for Red Bull Nation Wake 2.0.
Building on the enthusiasm of the local crowd from last year and the ever improving regional wakeboarding community, Red Bull National Wake 2.0 will also feature an invitational amateur contest for the next generation of top wakeboarders and wakeskaters. Taking place prior to the pro demo, aspiring riders will compete against each other for bragging rights and the chance to ride with Red Bull pro riders Grubb and Webb.
There will be a post event autograph signing and give-a-ways throughout the day.
