Satterdays And Esoteric: Some Videos To Watch ForDate: 02-18-2007

If you love wakeskating and you love videos, take note that two trailers for some upcoming wakeskating videos have been released. The first trailer was for Satterdays, which is the first team video for Sattelyte wakeskates. With the help of Dan Hughes and Red button films, Satterdays is set for a spring time release (they're saying March-ish). It will feature the likes of Nick Harlos, Evan Reid, Matt Sachitello, Zack Stone, Harrison Gray, Jeff Engen, Brandon Livermore and Tokoyoda Tashiaki, aka "Yoda." And Nick Harlos' back yard will make numerous appearances, which is worthy of note because it's probably the coolest back yard any wakeskater has ever seen.
If you're down for Satterdays, take note because Sattelyte is taking a slightly different approach with this video, since it's going to be a freebie for anyone who buys a board. Copies will also be sent out if you've already bought an 07 deck.

The other video trailer previewed the spring release by Scene 1 Productions titled Esoteric. Judging by the trailer, it's going to be an entertaining video filled with creative editing, and progressive footage with some gaps that have never been seen before in a video. What's even cooler is that it's another wakeskating video that's rider driven, with the major heads being Keith Lant and David Hanson.
Esoteric has been in progress for the past year and will feature riding from Nick Taylor, Stuart Shinn, Robbie Brazell, Philip Basino, David Hanson, Chase Connor, Kyle Hyams, and Reed Hansen. And just to make sure their debut release goes up to "11", there will also be impressive cameos by Ben Caruso, Clint Thompkins, Josh Kirby, Chase Gregory, Megan McNeil, Matt Manzarri, Kyle Walton, and others.
