Action Sports Stars Headline Kicker Big Air Bash in Las VegasLAS VEGAS, NV. (November 7th) – There is no question that the crew at Kicker Audio knows how to throw a GREAT party and the 5th Annual Kicker Big Air Bash at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas was no exception. It was an action sports extravaganza full of hot cars, hot women, live music and high flying action!
Las Vegas can be hot, but the pool gap was pretty cool.
The set-up started on Monday and by Wednesday evening, the parking lot of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino was set for a party of epic proportions! By show time, more then 3000 spectators had gathered to watch the excitement unfold. The Big Air Bash, produced by Kicker Audio, is the premiere party that kicks off the annual SEMA Automotive Aftermarket Show.
The crowd going nuts...
The evening started with the Monster Energy Drink “Ball of Steel” motorcycle stunt show featuring the Landers brothers from Weatherford, Texas. They were joined by the Boss brothers and together, the crew put on an insane mini moto-x demo for the crowd.
Next up, the Oakley Wakeboard Rail Jam. The killer set up included a 45 foot long starting pool that sat 9 feet off the ground and two 35 foot down rails into a 25’x 50’ inflatable landing pool. Leading the assault were 2005 World Wakeboard Champion and Pro Tour winner Phillip Soven and his Liquid Force teammate and Australian Pro Tour Champion, Amber Wing. They were joined by regional Kicker sponsored riders including 2004 Texas Wakeboard Tour Champion - Duston Swafford, 2005 TWT Champion - Brian Sasser and one of the top competitors in the Southwest - Joey Bradley. The wakeboard rail jam was produced by Geiger Media in association with Step Up Productions.

The final event of the evening is where the Big Air Bash got its name, a pro Freestyle Moto X demo featuring some of the top names in the business. The Ogio Freestyle Moto event included multiple X-Games gold medalist, Tommy “Tomcat” Clowers, Mike Mason, Matt Buyten, Jake Windham, Jeff Tilton, Duston Miller and Cody Elkins. The riders went off launching huge tricks and backflips over the main stage and leaving the fired up crowd begging for more.
In addition to the Wakeboard Rail Jamming and Freestyle Moto action, the B.A.B. featured live music from Atlanta based Eleven Standing Still and a parking lot full of over-the- top boats and unique whips decked out with serious custom Kicker audio systems. Brian Deegan, leader of the Metal Mulisha, was on hand to show off his custom black Mercedes CLS and freestyle wunderkind, Travis Pastrana, walked the crowd through his buddy TJ Lavin’s classic custom Lincoln Continental.

The Big Air Bash was open to the public and was captured on video to air on VS Network (formerly OLN) and podcast on LAT 34 Action Sports On-Demand. Kicker will also be producing a 4 minute event video to distribute to their 1800+ dealers across the country.
