LAS VEGAS, NV. (October 27th) – The Kicker Big Air Bash returns to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino November 1st, 2006. This is the premiere party that kicks off the annual SEMA Automotive Aftermarket Show. Action sports is always a Big part of the Bash including death defying freestyle motocross stunts performed by Kicker Team Riders Travis Pastrana, Kenny Bartram and the leader of the Metal Mulisha – Brian Deegan. And this year…for the first time ever-a Pro Wakeboard Rail Jam!
Scheduled to shred are Portland Pro Tour winner and newest member of the exclusive 1080 club - Rusty Malinoski, Pro Tour and X-Games competitor - Shawn Watson and 2006 WWA Worlds Wakeskate Champion - Aaron Reed. They will be joined by regional Kicker sponsored riders including 2004 Texas Wakeboard Tour Champion - Duston Swafford, 2005 TWT Champion - Brian Sasser and one of the top competitors in the Southwest - Joey Bradley. The wakeboard rail jam will be produced by Geiger Media in association with Step Up Productions.
The Big Air Bash is open to the public and will be captured on video to air on VS Network (formerly OLN) and podcast on LAT 34 Action Sports On-Demand. Kicker will also be producing a 4 minute event video to distribute to their 1800+ dealers across the country. Gigantic LED screens will also be strategically placed throughout the parking lot for maximum exposure.
In addition to the freestyle Moto and Wakeboard Rail Jam, the B.A.B. will feature live music from Atlanta based Eleven Standing Still, Monster Energy Drinks “Ball of Steel” and a parking lot full of over-the- top boats and unique whips decked out with serious custom Kicker audio systems.
