313 Bling Wakeskate Shoe Giveaway Winners Through the month of February 2003, 3Thirteen and Wakeskating.com teamed up to giveaway three pairs of Bling Wakeskate Shoes by 3Thirteen. Visitors entered the giveaway by submitting their best wakeskating photo to the guys at 3Thirteen. Three photos were chosen and those three guys and girls will now have some Bling to ride on this season.
