Brian Grubb Declared 2006 Sea-Doo Wakeskate Tour Champion

Date: 07-30-2006
Author: Wakeskating.com Staff

After Saturday's semifinal round in the wakeskate division was finished, the 2006 Sea-Doo wakeskate tour champion was decided, based on mathematics and misfortune from the previous day's round. So with that said...Brian Grubb is the 2006 Sea-Doo wakeskate tour champion. This is his second overall tour win, with his first occurring in the inaugural run of wakeskating as a tour event in 2003.

But anyway, the riders still have tomorrow's finals to worry about, regardless of who won the overall title. So save your bubbly for one more day. The finalists for Sunday's last pro tour run of the season include Brandon Thomas from heat one and Brian Grubb from heat two.
