L13 Signs Jesse PageL13 Press Release
Levelthirtn is stoked to announce that Jesse Page, a former rider for Liquid Force Canada, has signed on to ride for the L13 wakeskate team. Jesse will be representing L13 at many upcoming wake events throughout Canada and ultimately the US.
L13 takes pride in being an innovative skate company that pushes the limits of the sport and supports its athletes. "I'm really excited to be with an up-and-coming company," says Jesse. L13 will be helping Jesse progress his skating style to the next level and will work closely with him to develop new and innovative wakeskate designs for 2006.
Jesses smooth and aggressive riding style coming from his skateboarding & snowboarding background lends him an edge over his competitors. "It's the best of both worlds," he says of wakeskating. Jesse has been wakeskating since 2003 and after just a summer of riding Jesse dominated the X-Cup wakeskate division in 2004 and earned the right to ride Pro at the 2004 Wakestock. Watch for Jesse representing L13 in the Pro category at many events this summer.
Jesse is in charge of rail design and course layout for the X-Cup Tour and Crew Challenge. He is part of the Muskoka Militia and will be in the eagerly anticipated Muskoka Militia III video.
Paul Saberton, founder of Levelthirtn, shares the excitement. "I'm stoked that Jesse has joined my team. When I first saw him ride, it was obvious that he has a passion for the sport. Jesse is going to be a great asset to Levelthirtn and its future growth in years to come."
