Attention all wakeskaters in Tampa, Florida and nearby locations. Blast Wakeskate competition will be taking place March 20, 2005 at Tower Lake in Tampa. The one day event will feature a full on wakeskate competition with prizes given out to the winners of each division. The entire event will be towed by personal watercraft and will include sliders.
This contest was designed with riders of all skill levels in mind. There will be beginner and advanced divisions, as well as a best trick contest. The top three riders from each division will be declared the winners and will receive prize packs. The winner of the best trick contest will receive a prize pack courtesy of UGP. As an additional bonus, the top unsponsored rider of the entire contest will win a professional "sponsor me" video produced by 420EMPIRE free of charge.
Registration will begin at 10 AM the day of the event. The first beginner division will get started at shortly after 11 AM. While at the event, you can also enjoy the on site BBQ and prize tosses that will be going on throughout the day.
