Team Kampus Rips At Wakestock 2003 Kampus Press Release
The entire Kampus crew destroyed it up at this year’s Wakestock in Canada. Steve Wahlman broke out his wake to wake shuvits, 180’s, and with his complete destruction of the entire 30 ft slider which he consistently ollied on. It was not the typical ride up slider. Wahlman pulled of an impressive 2nd place. Teammates Leif Erkilla captured a 5th place with his extremely technical flips and solid buttering. Ryan Doyle put it all on the line by trying to stomp a boardslide to shuvit 3 over the A-frame (8ft up to 6 ft. flat to 8 ftl down)to boardslide down on a rail that only wakeboarders were hitting. Ryan ended up earning 7th place for his charging accomplishment.
