| maybe the width has something to do with it too, mines a 14ft and 4ft wide and its rated to 25hp.. that one looks a lot skinnier than mine. |

U could always reinforce the transom if it had a
decent thickness to begin with u don't wana go to thick cause then u can't slide the motor down enough motor weight is a factor too |

| Yea prob but a 16ft would b perfect. dependin on the motor weight if u beefed the transom up u might b able to swing it |
