Website Hosting question

Alright i want to start a website. I want to be able to host videos, an ample amount that is. And i want people to have to pay to be a member of this website. Probly just a one time fee sort of deal. How can i go about doing this? I have NO ideaaaaaaa how to work websites or anything, help please?

depends on the amount of bandwidth you are going to need. Some companies charge you for bandwidth.

We have no limit on bandwidth on our servers so we are charged a flat rate for our servers.

I would start with someone like hostgator but if you have no web skills it is going to be a little harder to start and customize a website.

If you have a certain software program in mind to use they sometimes recommend a hosting company since they are getting some kind of kickback from that hosting company.
