I want to say this promo was released for the 1999 season, because all of the riders in the vid are riding that board--the foam topped wakeboard with grey "traction pads" that had more of a hook and less of a kicktail.
Anyway, Shaun Murray, Jeff Heer were the main riders in this vid, with an appearance by Dean Lavelle thrown in for good measure. If you can watch this video along with any footage that's remotely skate oriented (ex. Thomas' section in decline, boardumb, etc) you can see a huge difference between the two sets of riders. This hyperlite vid basically has a lot of wake jumps and a lot of 180s...I don't think there's a single pop shuvit in there.
