What has happened here?! And why the hell is there a wakeboard at the top? If the domain is going to be used, the site operators should at least recognize the legacy of Cassette instead of turning it into board informational site for other companies, IMO.

what you see is temporary. Ed bought the domain because otherwise it was going to be some generic crap-ass page that had nothing to do with wakeskating. If nothing else it was to preserve that legacy, and Ed asked if I wanted to put something together to make a tribute sort of thing, but I want to wait on that because right now i'm learning a lot of cool techniques with flash.

So for now it has a page of wakeskates with a wakeboard at the top. blah blah blah, rabble rabble rabble.

flixmaster special ordered the dvs x cassette x MAKR daytons last year (I didn't see any other major online shops carry the shoe). Enough said! Cool

It's impossible to be a mind reader, but at the same time I sometimes find it difficult to defend a concept (or what have you) without a little sass. So if anyone is completely thrown off by the tone of my responses above (rc specifically), I apologize. In the end, we do have the same concerns.

EJazzle, I assume you have't checked that page recently, but it just ended up as a page filled with random selling opportunities. It's hard to describe...but to clarify, content wise, it had nothing to do with wakeskating. Straight up, there wasn't anything on there that had to do with wakeskating before the domain was renewed. I'm sure you've seen pages like that before...just pages from sites that were once thriving and then died for whatever reason. I was going to use sfumatomovie.com as an example, but now that page no longer exists.

I have no idea what the traffic is on it, to be honest. I'm sure it's not what it was because most people probably check that address out of curiosity and not out of any real need to see the latest happenings on the cassette blog. Laughing
