Call me a rookie, but is there a better way to smooth out and apply grip tape without rubbing all your fingerprints off?

lay it down without as many wrinkles as possible. step on it until tape is pretty flat and free of air bubbles. pop remainding air bubbles with needle or raizor blade. repeat stepping on till air bubbles are gone.

the best is way is with a plastic squeegee peeling the tape and starting at one side smoothing it towards the other side if you do this correctly it should never bubble.

i think best thing to finish is just stand on it and walk the edges drag your foot around it a little

just use a ball, like a tennis ball... unless you can get a roller like at a skateshop, just use the ball and roll it around to get all the bubbles out
