As a minister with the ULC,i am granted the following rights:
• To perform marriages within your state, following the rules laid out by the state in which
you wish to perform said marriage.
• To perform funerals, baptisms, last rites or any other sort of legal ceremony or ritual you
wish to perform, except circumcision.
• To start a church of your own, be it a bricks and mortar building or on the internet.
• To absolve others of their sins as you have been absolved of yours.

kinda pissed on that one... When I took the job I tought i'd get to chop some skin off 
oh and fyi, we do circumcision here in Tahiti too, been done by our ancesters for a while, but it's done in a *different* way... My cousin did it the old way: when your in puberty, like 13-16, you need to loose the skin ^^ What they do is put your buddy on a rock and stretch out the skin. Then someone slams real hard where the skin is streched on the rock with a very thin bamboo stick. Then you go running like a chicken with his head choped off to the river... weird
