hammer49, no dude, tarantino is soooo bad ass. im just sayin that its a really good movie but all over the credits it says "special guest director quentin tarantino" my beef is that tarantino only directed one sceen(i think). of course he deserves credit but his name on the poster and on the trailer is just for marketing purposes. and it does make perfect sense tho... all of the sudden tarantino has become very popular even mainstream.

I think elijiah wood did a really good job with his part. i know it seems simple and all but when you think of him you dont think "man eater" or anything like that. my favorite guy was that big bad ass dude but honestly not as good as elijah wood. i meen i like the character more but i can appreciate elijahs acting more.

dude elijah wood creeped me out so much. my favorite part was by far marv's story(guy with messed up face). dude that guy is a rough ass, they coulda made the whole movie just about him and it would still be nuts

ScottyB, its about killing and hookers. lol. its based on graphic novels written and illustrated by mr frank miller. the movie is suppose to reflect the illustrations. there fore its really stylized. id say if your a guy you will like it, but it may not be for everyone. it was the most violent movie ive ever seen.

I saw it last night and really enjoyed it. I didn't catch on to everything, so I am still trying to piece it all together, but it was a really cool movie.

It is very violent, so don't go see if it you aren't right in the head. Twisted Evil

I still havent seen it. A friend of mine works at a BBQ place up the road from where they filmed it, he kept telling me how Brue Willis, Tarintino and even Frodo would come in to eat while they were filming.

Dave Barousse, i went and saw it for my illustration class and we had to have a big discussion on it and such so i am pretty sure i now have a very good grasp on the movie, so if you want anything filled in just tell me what was confusing....cuz i know i had questions when i left the theater.

seven11dmd, I don't want to talk about it too much and give it away to others who haven't seen it, but the main thing I was confused about was if all of the stories tied in together or not? Did I miss that? At one point it seemed like there were going to, but then it was all happening in the same town around the same time, so they were just crossing paths. Do you know what I am talking about or did I totally miss the point?

Dave Barousse, the graphic novels by frank miller were all different stories, but had intertwining characters, so it would tie together that it was all in the same city. in the movie we saw 3 different stories, that sorta tied together. the ones about marv and bruce willis both involved nancy (jessica alba) and then the middle story had brittney murphy in it, and she was in the bar with both marv and when bruce willis went in. so really they were 3 totally different stories that just sorta intertwined, basically how the graphic novels work. the thing that confused me was josh hartnetts roll, but i geuss he was just an assassin for hire, which makes sense. PM me if u have any other questions.
