the comp. went better than i had expected. we are going to do an article on the event really soon, we are waiting for pics to go along with it. the pool gap was sick, and chase pretty much shut it down bt doing a shuv onto the rail. a few guys got pretty worked on it, and one kid was given 50 bucks for best fall. like i said there will be pics and an article soon, and i will put a summary of the event on the blast website.

my name is chad lol but i was trying to just ollie the gap, i couldnt get enough speed to land it i would land so hard i would sink. its was sick tho. chase and tim did a gator demo and chase hadd a sick run and nick taylor won advanced, i won intermediate. it was sick.

inside out 180' both ways, 270 to back lip, 270 to front board, inside out pop shuv, umm i dunno wat else or wat order lol but i did almost take jim's head off and then i barely clipped th kicker when i tried to ollie over it. nick taylor has a lot of video from the contest that hopefully he'll post Crazy Eyes

hells yeah, that was a great time. i missed some of it casue i was manning the off kilter tent and getting too much alcohol into my system too fast but i really enjoyed it. great weather, good lake and some great falls. if you didnt go then you missed jim scott riding beer style and my little homie justin scott doing a triple flip wreck....good times. mad props to jimmie walker for rockin the lake and getting everything down!

i'd post up some video but i was way too drunk to hold up a camera by the time best trick went down. but i did see kyle wreck himself and chase stick the shuv on! oh and nice run by nick too, i think i caught one of the bigspins that he did. congrats guys!

I got a pic of the pool gap before it was filled with water...I cant figure out how to resize the pic and it's too big to post cause im an idiot. Anyway, Beaver won the best trick with a shuv out, Chase did finally get a shuv on winning the 50 spot I had my eyes on. It was so sick, we had a little jam sesh on it and I managed to ride away with a front board (back lip), im not sure what to call it. Beaver and Kyle slid down it on their manhood, Embarassed

quite painful looking. I will post the pic I got when I get the pic resized. Thanks to Jimmie and the bearded guy (dont know his name but he owns BLiss) for building the gap and for putting on this whole thing, it was definitely an awesome time.

Trailer for the video from pool gap/contest will be up tonite. working on credits right now....there are a couple last names that if the spelling is wrong..please let us know... Wink

I think you guys will dig the footage..the kid gettin' worked on the wood is BRUTAL! Shocked
