weird topic...
anywayz, once i get my new bi I'll first make sure to check the edges and sand them out to even out the layers, and then maybe add an extra coat of sealant, but would this add weight? _________________

Nekkie, this topic was probably split from a different thread. I thought the same thing:) _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

Nekkie, no it wouldnt add weight, unless of course you sealed water in it, so u kept it waterlogged....so i guess make sure the boards thouroughly dried out before you do it. _________________ JMU |

Considering Thomas recalled all the first batch boards from stores. (It says it in a topic a while back) I'd say that all stores that have them are selling second batch. |

Cassette never issued a recall on Bi-levels. That was a rumor. There are still plenty of boards from the first batch that have not had any problems. Unfortunately, we only hear about the ones that did have problems. |

Oh. My bad then. Well, in light of that, all I know is that my bi-level is just fine and I had one of the first to go out. |

haggard7, please show me where I am "boasting" and saying how my company is better than any other. I never even mentioned my company in this topic.
That was pretty ridiculous of you to make that post considering that I am simply trying to clear up rumors abut the Bi-levels. If you seriously are making that accusation against me, then you should really think about changing your signature. |

If the recall was a rumor, then was their really a problem with their selant? Or was that a rumor too? I am just curious. |

Yes, there were issues with the selant, but Casseete never formally issued a recall on all of the decks. They are taking care of decks with selant issues on a case by case basis. As I mentioned before, there were still plenty of decks from the first batch that were fine. |
