dont know if this topic has been posted already and i dont care if it has...But in the vid. which is very good by the way, even though there is not that much skating it its very good espically shoenhals w/ the 260 shuv onto a rail very smoothe along with every thing else...and acture i liked Tims part with his huge tall and long shuvs over the rocks very nice

silas's kickflip is the wierdest thing ever, but its mad sweet cuz its his style. Tims part is deffinatly amazing! varial flipkick over the picknickthingy. i just love the movie so much. in fact, im gonna go buy it today.

steve schnoodles made me mad with his part in relentless because i had thought of like half the tricks he did, but he just landed them first. jerk!! ex: shuv on shuv off a rail, 270 fs board on a rail, bs bigspin off a lip, and reentry fs bigspin.

I'd like to get this video sometime this winter (but I'm working on prepop first). That's crazy that steve did a 270 shove onto a rail. It looked like byerly had tried one at the toejam (in the toejam footage in FITB) and I hadn't heard of anyone else doing them. Steve must be one of the first to do that trick, huh? Ill...

i got the video for xmas, and i must say that tims part is ridiculous. front side flippin the cone, kickflipping every kind of gap, and the varial flip over the picnic table......amazing. I liked steve's part too, super good at lip tricks and he destroys that flatbar

As you wish, sire! (that was to josh). Seriously though, I hope to have it within the next two weeks. I've basically been watching the trailer over and over again, and I can't get over how that song is so perfect, and how crisp the footage is, and how awesome danny hampson looks when he's wakeskating. And seriously, that trailer (in combination with the footage and music) creates such a good vibe for wakeboarding and wakeskating...I can't describe it, but I'm not even all that hyped on wakeboarding anymore, yet I look forward to watching it in the vid.

And I can't get over how far chase has come from editing hotdoggin, to linear, to sfu, invisible cinema, and now this. mAjic! but I don't want to give anyone an inflated ego here...

yeah...prepop is aaaaalright...

the trailer is absolutely SICK, and yes, that is definitely the most perfectest (yes, its a word dammit) song for the part. i really like how chase goes off the beaten path and uses much different music than most of the other wake vids do. the cinematography is pretty freakin solid too. lots of different angles with some animation here and there. all in all i think he did an excellent job editing the video...
my only gripe is that he tends to reuse footage. he has the trailer (which is also the opening section of the video), then uses some of the same clips later in each rider's part. i believe he did this with sfumato as well.

oh yeah, and there is some alright skating too. Laughing

relentless was a let down it needed to show case its riders more (wakeskate) that is. in the actaul video

What an astute observation scott. Yes, chase tends to re-use footage, though I'd say he's getting better about not re-using so much. You've seen hotdoggin, right? haahaha, like half of the film is re-used footage...it makes me laugh just thinking about it. But to neutralize my mini-rant, I still like the projects he's helped create.
