who would you vote as the best wakeskater? out of neone. maybe even your neighbor whos crazy good but hasnt been noticed. i dont kno who i would pick. id say its pretty even between grubb and danny, there styles are so different its hard to tell.

danny hampson is super good true, but i think that there are far to many aspects of wakeskating to say who's the best do you mean the best all around wakeskater?

Grubb's good, but he's no where near the best. You've got Thomas H., Boston Georgey Porgey, Danny Hampson, Aaron Reed, I mean come on. BG is way down on my list.

i dont like watching grubb freeride that much, but he is pretty sick in competitions, just so consistent. I'd much rather watch the cassette crew or GD and CLint tompkins ride. I think those are the top three- Cassette Crew/GD/CLint tompkins

I would have to say Aaron Reed hands down. He does so many tech things it's amazing along with the w2w stuff makes him a top contender. Thomas and Wahlman rip as well. I have to say I like the Jackass stuff...it shows everyone that is a wakeboard/wakeskate hater that its really harder than it looks.

it is hard to define the "best" skater out there... because there are so many different styles of riding...

here is my opinion

Overall Riding: Aaron Reed
W2W: Brain Grubb
Lip: Danny Hampson
Flip: George Daniels
Rails: Aaron Reed
Contest Riding: Brain Grubb

reasons for choises:
I picked reed for the over all because he rips on all areas of the sport, he can go huge w2w, he can stomp basicly every liptrick, and he can kill rails....

I picked Grubb for W2W because he is the most consistant in the W2W feild... I also picked him for Contest riding because he seems to do very well in conests... he won every tour in 03 and did well in some of the stops in 04, this catagory was tough to choose but i picked grubb because of his consistancy...

I picked Danny for lip tricks because.... well just look at him in Prepop and FITB and you will know y.... he can link tricks together so well, i dont know how judges at contests can write so fast (at one of my comps the judges told me to slow down so they could write what i was doing Laughing

) danny stomps some sick stuff in FITB just look at his 270 shuv to fs board 270 shuv out..

thats my 2 cents on the subject...

I think Aaron Reed is one of the sickest riders around hes style is so awsome from what ive seen hes deffinitly the man.

oh and I picked GD for flips because he shows that he has everything down... first backside flip, frontside, varial, kflip, w2w kflip.... just watch FITB
