my aunt has a dog with eyes just like that so i am kind of used to it. her dog also likes to rub its bootyhole all over the carpet. Cool

Grouch, not nessicarily, maybe the dog doesn't think she's a good owner, so he puts skidmarks in the carpet, ya know as punishment

It could be worms, but there is another reason why dogs have to "run the racetrack." Dogs have an anal gland that empties when they have a boul movement. Sometimes when a dog is fed the wrong foods, their stool is too soft to emtpy the gland. Therefore, it itches and irritates them, so they rub their bottom on the ground to releave themselves. The dog should go to the vet if it is doing this often.
