senza wake, I'm not sure what church grip even is or where this is coming from, but Aquarium does hard goods, they make their own nugs and fins. They also happen to sell some grip with their logo and some soft goods. from my understanding this company is only selling grip, nothing that they created.

I also had never heard of Church Grip until this thread. so I looked them up on instagram. They sell grip, they say theyre having custom grip and clothing (five panel hats and tees) available soon. They are putting their graphic on grip and selling it, exactly the way Aquarium does it. Here is a list of their current team riders according to instagram: TJ Giesey, Austin Pastura, Jeff Skulnik, Oskar Gejler, Tommy Wooten, Andrew Fortenberry, Brett Little, Coco Mendez and some girl.
As far as taking someone elses product and putting your name on it and selling it, as long as there is a mutual agreement between the two parties, that is called capitalism. How we do things in America. Otherwise shouldnt I be riding a Moonshine Wakeskate not a Remote?

senza wake, Exactly, I was about to say, what about all the wakeskate manufacturing company who are making decks for other branch companys and just slapping a fresh graphic on it... (New/Resyn, Moonshine/Remote, Virtue/Aphid) AMERICA! It happens here.

RyanJames, some one is trying to do something fun, artistic and relativity different for the sport.... No one said every skate company has to be revolutionary, dynamic and game changing. Who doesnt like an aesthetically pleasing grip job!

I would think there is a niche for some other religious based grip companies with the popularity of CHURCH.

I think the entrepreneueral spirit is great. The only thing for me is it reminds me a whole lot of mouse grip. But i'm not out putting anything out in the world so it is what it is!
