Wakeskater of the Year Readers Choice WSM

Thats cool that Clem got Skater of the year, but I dont really think he deserved it. Looking at everything, Andrew Pastura clearly had the best year. Dominated the tour, runs his own company, had one of the best video parts of the year.

They should rename the award readers choice award. Clem is Rookie of the Year in my mind. Clem didnt have a full video part until Fun Razor (2014), he didnt do well on tour all year, but he did burst onto the scene has a kid with crazy raw talent and as someone who doesnt mind making a fool of himself. The voters like that because its entertaining, but I dont know if it's Official Skater of the Year worthy.

Video part of the year seems like a tough vote. I was torn between Andrew Pastura and Ben Horan, both were so freaking good. I'm stoked Ben got the win.

I voted for jz, I felt he killed it not to mention his part in good ratio.

Im a huge fan of Clem. He is one of my favorite riders to watch these days, but just dont agree with the award.

Steven M, well since it was posted by boardlams and not Southern I'd say it looks like boardlams did it for their own promotion and probably didn't consult with Southern to see if the graphics had been released yet.

Then it sounds like an issue between Southern and Boardlams. Considering Boardlams has pictures of all the other projects across Instagram, I think it would be fairly easy for Southern to say up front..
