|
|
| Hey guys I went to marine products and looked at all of the remote wakeskates they had. They will be having a sale in about a month and I was wondering what recommendations you guys could give me on remote's models. I'm 5'6,115 pounds, and still in the early intermediate stage in wakeskating. |

38.5"
You will love riding a Remote.
My dad just bought his own after riding mine because he was so impressed with the way it rode. I never thought he would buy a skate. |

| dude you should come winching with me, I also live in SLC. oh and at marine products, they don't have the 39.5 so I'd maybe go for the 38.5'' as recommended on here. I am 6'3'' 220lbs and ride a 39'' board so that size board should be plenty for you. talk to Kolby at MP, he's the most wakeskate aware and friendly that works there. |

jazzbox, for your height, weight, and age I would recomend the 38.5 nick taylor. I'm 5'8" 160 and ride a 39.5 and could even go smaller. The 38.5 is one ply thinner than the 39.5 so it's a little lighter, but I think for you the lighter weight would be benefitial at your "early intermediate stage in wakeskating". I just prefer a heavier board but I've been riding for a few years.

| I stood in the Nick Talor wakeskate and the board fit my stance perfectly. Will the deck's small size make it easier to do ollies and land tricks. It looks difficult to land tricks on a small deck. |
