all this nostalgia has me crippled, so i am posting the cassette commercial from hotdoggin. Flat deck ripping, first noseslide on film bad to the bone-ness. One of a million reasons why cassette was badass and how thomas was ahead of his time.

Raven, like chipper beef jerkey? I don't know too much about it--they had a small pro team for awhile there, and that's really all i know!
dscsk8er55, is that second song a wu tang song? I could never figure it out, but i love how he used his music in that edit.

JB_CANSKATE, you are a gentleman and a scholar! Thank you!
If anyone likes the other two songs, one is acromegaly by archers of loaf, and the other song is the missing piece by faraquet. Two really amazing instrumentals that are complementary and work so well in that edit.
Not totally sure on drew. Just looking on instagram, he seems to be a creative guy making art, which is really cool. His nephew darion is on the site.

How did he do it?
I think it was 2003, the first year wakeskating was on the pro tour. Chipper Beef Jerky was a sponsor of the tour. Scott and Thomas both rode for Chipper for a while. They made these giant posters that Thomas had to sign at all the events. We all thought it was real funny. We edited Sfumato on a steady diet of Deli Planet, Chipper, and Busch Light.

Oh man, if you ever want to try and do a trade or sell that shirt, please let me know. I have three of the five...missed out on texas and reno, and the tears on my pillow have yet to dry.  but otherwise, enjoy the tee--they're awesome,and to actually be there to get one is another story and memory.
