What happened to live delay? Figured that would be standard for anything that can end in a bad way, like a car chase.

GnarShredd, at the end of the video the news anchor said that they usually have a live delay for stuff like this but they messed up and were running it without a delay for whatever reason. Kind of a huge f-k up if you ask me.
