6.5 hp motor with Tav2 clutch. Hand throttle control. Spool has 3 adjustable diameters for different speeds, also free spools by pulling the 2 cotter pins for walking out the line. Has a heavy duty fairlead roller. The rope and handle are not included. Had it out last weekend and it deep water started a 185lb rider without any trouble. It has about 5 pulls on it so its basicly new! Heres your chance to pick up a sweet winch for half the cost of most of them!! I build them myself, and i also have frames for sale as well. i can get you one for around 125$ for the one in the picture plus shipping, can work with you on a different design if you want somthing cheaper or a different design
