6.5 hp motor with a TAV 2 torque converter. Hand throttle control. Spool has an adjustable diameter for different speeds, and will free spool if you pull the 2 cotter pins making walking the line out easy. Rope and handle are not included. Had it out yesterday and it deep water started a 185 Lb rider without any trouble.
