| Just got my new Water Monsters 40 in the mail thanks to everyones recommendations! I don't ride with fins anymore thanks to everyones advise, but how do you seal up the fin holes in the front? Or should I try it out with the fin on the nose?

| I fill the holes on the same board with wood putty. It seems to hold up well. A lot of people ride with the fin on the front.. I like it better with none. Try it out with the fin before you fill the holes

| in my personal experiences ive done what 88skisupreme did but instead of resin i just used hot wax, that was you can still put in a fin. It held just fine in my integ but who knows if it will work in a work board! goodluck

| I have always used a hot glue gun and it works very well. When you want to put afin in, just put a small screw in and the glue comes out clean

| I've used candle wax before and it holds up pretty well, and gives you the option of putting a fin in later. I love riding with a fin in the front. I like that WM drills holes just in the front.

I've tried wax but being in the Texas heat the wax tends to melt out pretty frequently.

| Thanks guys! I will probably seal it up with 5200 once I have time for it to cure. Or epoxy but for the short term I'm going with hot glue. Thanks for all the feedback! This board is unreal coming from the LF boards.

I use silicone to fill fin holes. It works great and it is waterproof. Put tape/sticker on one side of the screw hole and fill the other side as needed. This is another option if you might want to use the fin holes at a later date. Also, you can do some tub/shower re-sealing with the left-overs.
