Need Wakeskate board help

At the moment I have an impala Gator board, It is really light =D. I ride on a cable, so i do many obstacles. Now it has a crack in the middle and i need a new board. I was thinking about the new Remote 2012 wake skate. It is very heavy, which im not used to. what are the advantages and disadvantages of having a heavy wakeskate? Is the Remote wakeskate even good? and what size should i get?
Please answer these questions, because i really need a new wakeskate.

Its all in personal preference dude. I hear great things about the remotes. They seem like they are really holding up for wood boards. I think your best bet will to be to try and hook up with someone local and try one out. Ride as many boards as possible.

Ya it's all about personal feel. I love my remote and can't wait to grab one of the new set
