I know most of you might think that my alias might limit me to only consuming portable pre-made breakfast foods, but I only do when I don't have the time to produce something more epic. So today I thought I would show you guys a little something that I like to munch outside the poptart realm. I had some time and a need for a good greasy breakfast so this is my main after party night meal. Feel free to try your own or make any variations you like.
Nomelette Tacos
You will need:
A Pan
Tortillas
Eggs
MAPLE BACON
Red Onion
Pepper Jack Cheese
Salsa
So lets get this going. This is instructions for 2 TACOS.
Step 1.
Put 3 slices of bacon into pan on med.
While that is starting get out your onion and chop up some slices like so
Once you start to get that brown going on in the bacon (along with a little bacon grease throw the onions on in there)
Now here is a personal pref. If you have nice pans then you might not want to scratch them up while breaking up the bacon. So pull out the strips really quick and pull them into small bits. Or you can do like I do and separate them in the pan. Or you can do it all before you throw it into the pan initially, I just like to pull it apart after its simi crunchy.
Ok so you have you bacon pieces and your onions nice and done. so separate them into two equal parts on either side of the pan.
Now add 2 eggs in the center.
Once they get a bit solid you can bring what little onions and bacon that didn't fuse on the edges onto the top. Add Salt pepper, tony chachere, and crushed red pepper if you like.
This is when you let that sit for a second and throw your totillas and cheese on to get warm.
Time to flip the eggs (takes practice)
Once you let that sit for a second you can split the entire thing into two slices.
Place them on your tortillas.
Add salsa
Pro tip: add tacobell fire sauce, and crunched up tortilla chip crumbs for a little crunch in the mix.
Enjoy

POPTART, on a related note, I clearly remember eating at a taco bell with a friend one time when a woman who would have been a total babe (had she not clearly been on onxy's and other stuff.) came in. Anyway she asked for an application and went directly over to the sauce station and literally cleared every bin. Her purse was overflowing. Fuuucking Florida and drugs. P.S. The reason I was caught off is because I'm a FREAK about hot sauce. I use it on everything, I have hundreds of bottles. So I'm out on Taco Bell.

Hot sauce protip: Although not free, any hot sauce lover should always have a bottle of siracha at the ready. Don't let the Asian writing of unknown origin fool you. Siracha is the shiznitoblam-snip-snap-snap on pizza, tacos, ramen, etc.
And bravo on the crushed up tortilla chips Poptart. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I agree on the Siracha, but I ate it on every thing for like a year straight and now can't hardly stand the taste of it anymore.
Trusty tabasco sauce has never done me wrong.

Sriracha rules on EVERYTHING, but if I don't want to get creative, I choose this over Tabasco any day.

I found some hot sauce when in New Mexico called Widow's bite, it made my tongue go numb. Just thought I would share.
