texasT, whaa, maybe just watch the previews. it is very post pirates...
i havent read the book, but i saw the film, i thought the story was a bit of a let down, great characters, and a very good message (about the press.. etc) . Very well done as far as production value and set design, but like i said, the story telling wasn't there, not what i had hoped. |

it was horrible , i expected much better ... Johnny Depp played the character very well i thought , though.
not much of a story line .... sort of like all hunter s thompson i guess haha

I kinda saw the fear and loathing vibe but it was a real slow going movie compared to what the preview let it on to believe. In my opinion it was a decent movie but nothing to run out and buy as soon as it come out on dvd just to watch it again.
