Your name is WakeH8er. You h4t3 the wake. I assume you've come here in an evil plot to abolish the word wakeskate, clearly you hate wake. You've come to change the name to waterboarding. Well sir, I may message a mod and ask them to change my name to BoardH8er. It's on.

My grandma called wakeskating waterboarding, in case anyone was wondering. It was funny to hear her ask if I went waterboarding that day; I'm pretty sure she was unaware of the torture method haha.

Why don't we just call it steezy, gnar, facemelt, savage-shredding 9000?

On the grandma note: that's what a lot of oldtimers refer to wakeskating as because that's what it was called back in the day to be pulled by a boat standing on a board w/o bindings. it outdates wakeboarding by far, it was only somewhat recently that it got the extreme make-over to make it more economically viable. Hence you pay $300 for a piece of wood when the kids point at a magazine and say "mommy i want that." Just a little histroy for the ones that know it all.
