how much for just a top deck?
i loved my bi levels, and the cassettes were the best, with 2 wood decks it has the snap that it was designed for, i feel like any other bi since then is too stiff..

Are they building more boards?
or are they leftovers? That would be weird that they had that many leftovers

| Huzzah! So, any ideas on how to reinforce these so I can ride it without worry? Just clear-coat it?

I'm pretty sure these are still boards paul schmidtt has had for awhile.
SLWK, like miller said, contact myles.
miller, awesome!
EDIT: I just saw that other post about "reinforcing" the boards. With these, I wouldn't even bother. I tried to seal my first bi-level top deck with a really nice clear coat, but it didn't withstand the flexing too well. I think that led to water getting in the board and being trapped in there and eventually i cracked the tail on an inside out ollie. Now that these boards aren't as hard to come by, I'd just ride it as it is, unless you know of a clearcoat that can handle the flexing that a bi-level is going to do. They aren't sealed cheaply or anything like that.

Yes, I put one down on a 40" as well.
Anyone have any pics of the 40's?

I bought a 40 from him last year. Here's a pic that the boardstop used to use of the 40. if you want a better pic I can take a photo of my board tonight. Or here's a link to the one in the photo gallery: http://www.wakeskating.com/media/showphoto.php/photo/3749/cat/618

the one in that gallery shot probably is. But from my recollection, the one I bought last year was exactly the same except it doesn't have the old 05 graphic on the top of the deck. I'm not sure if the c-logo pattern is under the graphic or not becuase I never rode it.

good to hear. I can only afford to get one board this season and I think the one I'm riding now is about to go. I was worried because if this one doesn't last, I may be SOL.
