thatwasrad, I used to hate IPA's but what fixed it for me was to have them with a really good burger. It's a GREAT food beer.

Does anyone else think Heinekin tastes like dog farts? (well... how I'd imagine dog farts to taste)

Abita Purple Haze, Strawberry, Satsuma, Amber, Andygator, and Select.

Newcastle and Sweetwater at a close second.

As for budget beer...Keystone or PBR. Regular drinking beer...Coors, Bud Light, anything really.

I picked a great time to come out of my slumber...

mmmm beer

Agreed that was a good home brew kit to start out with. Its relatively easy & very rewarding when it goes good.

I ended up leaving my music industry career & becoming a professional brewer over the past couple years (my slumber). Things couldn't be better in the world of beer right now. Glad to see a lot of craft beer consumption on here.
