Here is the video of my problem.
I tried to get a hold of Chris but no answer so I figured I would ask you guys what you would do.
I am thinking about throwing some resin down there and putting a clamp on there. Then filling the holes with more resin. _________________ http://trihawk.fotki.com

Peel the grip off, then take a fresh razor and cut the area delamming down the middle. Let it air dry in case it got wet in there, then use a paint brush or anything small to epoxy the two flaps back down to the board. You are going to need to clamp the whole surface area of the spot that is delamming by putting something in between the clamp and the top of the board board.
Once that dries unclamp, and if you want to be extra careful seal the seam, regrip.

You are going to have to seal those nug holes too, that's what caused the problem in the first place.
Those are not nug holes. They are my freaking fin holes that my board WASNT even supposed to have (sorry sore subject) but yeah I will seal it as soon as I get home.
