Bought this board off a fellow WS.comer, Was pretty banged up so I redid the fiberglass work and painted my own island on it, here are some pics.. I broke my phone that I had documented the refiberglassing on so use your imagination.

That is awesome.
I just read a book, "I slept with Joey Ramone", that was all about that area.

thanks for the positive feedback guys

electricsnow, the other work wasnt super interesting, just peeling off the grip take, which took hours

then drilling through and picking out all the old resin,

mixing up some soft fiberglass and injecting it in the holes with a baby syringe( stir to pop all bubbles)

mixing up hard fiberglass for the scratches on the deck, smoothing everything out, and lots of sanding.

Its funny that the sun 'tanned' the board with the design of the original grip tape, you can see in one of the pictures of the board getting painted. I'll post of pic of my tape job when shes all done

Also any suggestions for lettering in the empty space on the bottom right of the board? I was thinking my zip code? exact coordinates of our spot? F the police ( they always give us a hard time Rolling Eyes ...or maybe I should leave it how it is
