he really is working hard to push these boats
and imo they are the best value in a wake boat

its no frills
you dont pay for them either

for a wake boat , value=bang for you buck
awesome components, wake and motor in for under 50
yeah you cant watch dvds in the dash or upload your thumb drive settings, but who really buys a boat for that?

plus the functionality of a completely movable interior, no mold no wood
its like a 1990 jeep cherokee
it works , and its not expensive

although the only boat ill buy will be an old ski-er or a lemonscraft

i've mostly only heard good things about axis, but i have heard that some of the hull quality is lacking. not design, but durability/materials. i also hate the walkthrough to the bow b/c it's just going to get stepped on constantly and the vinyl will get screwed up. it's also odd that malibu has the wake setter series and ride series, then this "value" company when the ride series is already a value series.

i think axis is a great company, putting out good boats at a low price, i could really care less about most of the gadgets there putting on boats these days

na. haven't even got to see them in person. my buddy has a 2010 wakesetter that i like alot and myself and all my buddies have 210's. there's no inboard dealer of any kind within 3 hours of where i live. i love randall and keith and like what the company is doing. i just don't quite understand the point of the ride series and the axis brand. If I were looking for a new boat axis would be my first boat to test ride/drive for sure. Love nautiques but 80k for a 21' boat is dumb.

im not saying that they're not over priced, but boats like Nautiques and Mastercraft arn't 80k + just because of a DVD player. there's quality, just like a KIA to a Mercedes, its not a touch screen and a few gadgets that make the Mercedes better, and if you can't afford a Mercedes why not a KIA right?

Im glad someone is putting boats out there like Axis to get more people into the sport. Just saying that there isn't a comparison.

If you're spending $50K on a boat it's gonna be well built, and more in line with at least a Honda or Toyota (and not a Kia). At that point, the only real huge differences in the price points are in the interior- vinyl quality, trim detail, ergonomics, DVD player, etc. So yeah, you kind of are paying that much extra for the creature comforts, but also because Mastercraft and Nautique think that people are happy to spend $80K on their 22' model.

AHHH! I'm kidding..sorry to be such a hater but I'm kind of over seeing that thing...that was on his solbound boot in 03 or something.

they should have painted one side blue and the other red, and misspelled something in spanish.....and a built in microphone connected to the tower speakers to lightsaber the haters......maybe a number 23 on the side...

and i dont need creature comforts, but PLEASE put rims on the trailer...

and stop hating on a kia....10 year, 100,000mile...what!

HAHAHAHAHAHA...I can't even believe that. A new take on something classically randall...that would actually be a good idea for some bindings, like one red and one blue.

but let me add that I think he's an amazing wakeboarder, and nothing made me happier than his original edit in "natural born thrillaz." nostalgia!

Nautiques have been around almost 84 years and make great wakes with insane fit and finish , PCM engines, and good technology. However, cheaper boats make comparable wakes these days. Moon as for 50k still blow regardless of their lesser price tag. Nautique and mc have really inflated their prices from 06-2010. Cheaper boats with good engines

you guys are crazy!!! Inflated from 06-10?

My dad paid $15,5 for a brand spanking new nautique 20 years ago. Do the math with inflation, etc. Wakeboard boats are a joke, especially in wakeskating.

The only thing we needed to worry about was the wood in there. And that was gone by mid 90's if I recall correctly. Inboards are not necessary, there is no reason why a $20,000 basic boat can't be the norm for riding. Any argument for an inboard ski boat was out when wakeboarding started, but especially with wakeskating.

If I had a dollar for every time I heard, "my wakes just not good enough to go w2w, or to do a flip." If I'm out on the lake and I see an i/o with a tower I cringe, you know why, because I was raised as a snobby inboard lover.

There is so many things completely backwards about this industry...
