haha, did he really, when was that, what was he doing? We found that place when they were still building it, back in 03/04 i think. It was so isolated, very cool. I guess things have changed.

it was probably about a year ago around christmas time of last year....he was sliding the ledge then slowly sliding off onto the grass for a little then came back onto the ledge and into the pool went to do a switch 270 to frontboard back onto it and clipped his board and fell on his arm

but it's funny how many people know of independence pool middle of nowhere

Yeah Daniel Lovett found it back then when he was a real estate appraiser. Here's a few of pics we took. There are four pics scattered on that page. I think that was a session we did in '05

Daniel did the longest boardslide I've ever seen on that ledge. I love how long it is with no obstructions. We thought that place was glorious back then. Of course that was before we had a winch.

well I thought it was a special little place but I guess there is no such thing in Orlando.
