When Mike showed me a rope swing that he had been eying from the road I couldn’t really understand 1) How it worked 2) Why anyone in their right mind would want to hit it. The next thing I knew he was pulling the swing down the tree and doing double and triple back flips off of it. Even after filming with him for 4 sessions at the river and editing all the footage, I still am amazed when I look at the edit. He has some kind of next level confidence and his air control and awareness are absolutely top notch. It’s always a pleasure filming with Mike. Here is what we shot most recently…
