I know this has been posted before but i need something more up to date... And i have also posted on wakeboarding-winch.com
BUT, I am using a 9 HP engine with a 1" drive shaft. I looked at CVT torque converters, but it seems they only produce converters compatible for 3/4" bores.
If anyone has any suggestions or is willing to sell a TAV that will work with the 1" shaft, please help me out
Thanks guys! _________________ This is Sinatra at the Opera, bring a blonde... |

Oh awesome! Thanks. How legit is this "GTC industries" though? I have never heard of them, nor have I heard of anyone using any of their products. Have you used one/do you know anyone that has used one? _________________ This is Sinatra at the Opera, bring a blonde... |

I have a 6.5hp knock off and it still does not fit fowards, but I am using it the other way anyways. It might fit on a 6.5 that is not a EPA motor like mine. _________________

| Just got the biggest one they make for a motor with a 1" drive. The quality is solid but the directions are sketchy. It was actually easier to put on than it seemed like when reading the directions. I'm actually just in the process of finding a narrower drive shaft spacer because the alignment was a bit off between the two drive wheels, which in turn meant I needed a slightly shorter bolt to hold it all together. Minor really. |
