i cant believe those prices..... 3 things came to mind when i saw the price sheet: either you dont care to make any profit, you are not be adequetly compensating yourself for the time you invest into these decks, or they are low quality. Having built a number of custom decks personally in the past and currently working with a few friends to launch a new wakeskate company in 2011, i feel i have a pretty good idea of the time, equipment, and materials needed to make a decent skate; i just dont see how you can make that work. mass produced skateboard decks w/graphics are around 50$ and your custom decks start at 10$ more, take into consideration a flat wakeskate will take roughly double the amount of materials to build and a bi-level would take 4x; it just doesnt make sense to me. thats just my humble opinion though.
that being said the bilevel looks sweet!! keep on making boards |

Year old thread bump!! Nice rook.
And what's with everyone wanting to start their own wakeskate company? As if the 20 or so now aren't good enough. Lol _________________ Fake it till you make it.

| I don't mind that there are more companies then ever making skates, especially strictly wakeskate manufacturers. Options are good. Competition can also fuel innovation in board design and help push the sport. |
