This is probably a weird question, but does anyone else's shoes actually get worn out? Not the fabric, but the actual inside padding/soles? I'm using just some cheap-o specials, any decent skate shoes I can get at a discount store like Ross or something, and it seems like after 3 months of pretty heavy use the heels lose any kind of spring or support and it actually feels like I have less board control because of it. Or maybe I'm just being a princess and making excuses for my crap riding. Haha.

my wakeskate shoes always wear out at the ball of my foot on the sole. The grip completely goes away and will almost go all the way through.

I've pretty much had the same experience as mitch. I try not to scoot my feet around as much and just lift them instead...but I'm used to scootin'.

my casette dvs's are completely worn out on the bottom, no grip, and they are kinda special so i retired them

but i loved the sole insert soo much(cause its that foam stuff that gets grippier when wet) i put them in my wake edition nikes
which IMO have the worst sole inserts for a wakeskate shoe, they slide around inside the shoe and were very slimy after a few rides

and i think i have a great hybrid shoe going here

they still are cool to have in the collection tho

i had to add to my dvs fetish

picked these up bc they spoke to POPTART
and they are daytons which are my favorite

not sure how i feel about those new ones that got posted yesterday
looks like they wouldnt last from the car to the dock with how clumsy and accident prone i am

i wish they would have stuck with the dayton and made it all out of "tent" fabric like the inside of the toung on the casette-s
