My pops is thinking about getting one for a lil project/ lakehouse dock candy.
who knows anything about them? Has anyone ever rode behind one? Restored one? Got a neighbor with one?

I had 1967 Chris Craft Cavalier...
It was a major project and the work never ended... think of it as a special needs child.
If you don't glass the wood you need to keep it in the water constantly or it will dry out... when it swells up it wont leak very bad... But still leaks!

MAJOR Project !!!
Unless you buy one already dialed in... Which would be large $'s

When it ran and had 8 people in it it was one of the best wakes i have EVER ridden behind... absolutely perfect!

I still have wet dreams about the wake.
and nightmares about all the work!

not my boat... but that's the model i had.

gettin me all excitedSchmaltz,

POPTART, the one sittin in coricluster's garage right now looks like a giant diamond raw in the mine. his dad has her sanded down and between the two of them, they should have some answers...not to mention the sickest wakeskate boat on delmarva once we slap a tower on that joker Arrow i hope dad is down for that note cause we wakeskatin gangstas

i have one in my garage, its a 1949 chris sportsman..working on it this winter....they are expensive to find parts for....to give u an idea, almost 4 grand for the windshield and brackets....so if you buy one make sure it has all the original chrome peices.

boats are holes in the water in which you try and fill with money

still a worthy project imo

i think it would be awesome to skate behind too
