2 weekend ago i went out for the first time and never could get up, it was awful. yesterday i go out and it was almost impossible to not get up! i must have learned all the ways to not do it

anyway it felt so great to finally do it! i also tried to do a switch mid-ride but that was a no go lol.

one thing i did have a question about is boat types. we have a checkmate ski boat which i failed to get up on miserably but yesterday i rode behind a Tige and i was up on the first go. is there really that much of a difference or was it all just in my head lol. i mean i figure it has to be a little easier since the tower is high out of the water but i want to be able to get up easy behind the checkmate since it's ours haha

maybe i'm just a whimp beach XD

how's your engine running on your boat? if it's lagging maybe you need to change your spark plugs, cap/rotor, etc. you should still be able to pop up either way. just practice, but make sure your boat is tuned up too.

oh the boats running great. all signs point to me haha

i felt really comfortable at the end of the day so i'm sure when i get back on the checkmate it won't be a problem. i'm SO excited to back on the water!
