OK kento. Say how you really feel instead of hiding behind that quote.

that kento thing is an old reference about a guy on here who would use a ton of quotes to look smart instead of just being direct and saying what's on his mind. It was the most annoying thing in the world.

Opinions are like cornholes.... Everybody's got one.

Go get a flat deck, learn board control on a flat deck, then riding a concave is a 1000x easier. No matter who makes it!

then maybe you should STFU about recommending boards to beginners or anyone else for that matter Question its f*cking 2010 and your still bitching about boards that were made five years ago, are you serious?

With the amount of complaining that you've done about how LF decks are shtty and break and get waterlogged, I doubt it's a huge shock to anyone that you had trouble adjusting from a bogged down wood deck to a lighter composite deck.

nick, Oh now that your pro you can make fun of other peoples riding? Lol, thats classy nick.

We all know your amazing and have some of the best board control out of any rider in the biz, along with one of the best tans in the biz as well, but for a beginner rider having a board with some bulk will most def help with board control. I went from a wood LF to a team integ back in 05 and could feel the difference in a second. It took weeks to fully get front bigs and 3 shuvs (my biggest tricks at the time) down again because i had to huck it then try to anticipate where the board was gunna fly off too at times. Then going out in the slightest wind was a hassle, i had a inside out shuv do a flip cuz of some wind and end up between my legs and nutted me Shocked that was no fun. there is a video up some where on here of it haha.

I know you'll never admit it but when you were visiting once back when you rode your k39 you tried Scottyb's Integ and did not even like, you even mentioned it was to light and not for you.

To be honest with that statement your calling me out on, i was just saying that a heavier board will provide a bit more board control then a lighter board. Sorry that Integs are generally lighter then standard wooden concaves.

And im not a hater at all, i dont know why you think i am because we have conversed via PM several times about this. Why am i not at liberty to compare an integ to other things? I can do whatever i want.... Your aloud to call me out and try to make yourself look cooler to the sheep. Why cant you handle me having an opinion..... ever. And i think i know what your going to say in rebuttle... "Your opinions suck...ect....ect....ect....." We get it your Nick Taylor your cooler than everyone. But to be honest i even have an integ sticker on my long board, cleanly applied within the last few months, so im no hater i have the utmost respect for schmaltz and the boards he makes. I wish i could get my hands on a Tolstoy to hang up.

I dont hate on you for having an opinion of me, so dont hate on me for having an opinion of the board you ride. People like different things, why are you not getting that?

-=AlexXx=-, Laughing

There's nothing more awesome than not being able to express my well-thought-out opinion because I make a living at what I love... I never made fun of your riding, just your ignorance, but regardless, we both know that I called you out because you made yet another irrational comment in your self-admitted quest to "keep it fair" i.e. taking every opportunity to put down Integrity because you don't like that the company/boards are so respected. When you finally told me why you are always harshing my board company, I listened in disbelief to your botched attempts at rationalization, claims of fairness and freedom, and thought, "Good luck h4t3r" Laughing

As my understanding of board control seems to offend you, I won't bother explaining why "hucking and guessing" is not the way to ride an Integrity skate (any wakeskate really), nor why it takes more energy to spin a heavier board.

Confession as requested: "Once when I visiting back when I rode my k39 I tried Scottyb's 2004 Integ and did not even like, I even mentioned it was to light and not for me. I also got rides from my parents and thought My Chemical Romance was awesome music" Laughing

Bravo!!! You managed to combine your standard "Freedom Clause"/"I has respects for Schmaltzy" paragraphs into one! You have a lot of passion and energy Alex, but I perceive and regard it as negative energy and can plainly see that you have no desire to change that. We both know that I'm a huge nerd so I don't know where you're getting this cool guy stuff. If you mean it's important for me to know what I'm talking about, then yeah I admit it, I despise ignorance... I really despise it Wink

You remind me of Sarah Palin.

Yar Yar Yar... We all know Alex doesnt like Mac's or Integ's, we all know Kento used too many quotes, we all know Nick shoots it straight(no matter what the topic), and we all know Esnow is going to blow our minds with some kind of info we either never knew, and, or out brains pushed to the back of our minds. O yes, and we all know EJ, will be some where in the thread adding here and there, playing some football, and killing it on a wakeskate...O yes, and I forgot, Scott a will always randomly show up, and make sure we know that he remembers all the stupid things everyone says...

i don't know why everyone's say bitchy. springbreak starts today, and i had an awesome dream last night about being on a huge beach with surf boards, winches, wakeskates, and cool folks. gonna try to make it a reality this weekend/week. and as far as spinning goes, my legacy is not wood, and it takes steroids to rotate that thing, but i still enjoyed my days on it. so ride what you want. just ride. and woodworks seem cool. that said, i'll be sliding my simplex tomorrow.

damn, this thread turned into the biggest typing cliche I've ever seen. "why everyone's say bitchy?" or "alexxx is knows nothing." I luv it!

Why is it that a board either has to be hated or liked when people talk about it on here. No offense but it seems a very stupid way of even thinking. All I ever read is "this board is annoying in one subtle way, lets forget everything I like about it and dispense hate on it".

When I ride a board, there will be aspects I dislike and aspects I like and I will let people know about both things. This, however, doesn't instantly make the board crap because I dislike something about the way it rides, it just means that when I tell someone about it, that I can say the positives and negatives. I like riding light boards (i used to love riding my '06 integ) I also love heavier boards. I seriously don't get why people just can't have some tact when they talk, or even think logically for that matter, or blatantly ignore 95% of what someone says and then focus in on the one little thing someone says and blow it out of proportion.

But hey interwebs will never change, neither will ignorant people.
