Dump like 4-5 bags of popcorn kernals in it and see what happens.

twist it up and make a alo that is about 6 inchhes in diameter
put toothpicks in it pointing upwards
put it in the microwave so the points of the toothpicks are facing up.

Also (everyone can do this, it won't ruin your microwave),
Cut a grape in half but leave it connected just by the skin on one side. Put the grape on a plate with the flat sides down, make sure they're still connected by the little bit of skin. Pop it on for about a minute and watch. (It's not crazy exciting, just kind of cool)

Just did the ball with toothpicks, was pretty cool. Did the soap, going to do the grapes, anything else I can think of and then gasoline or a dry ice bomb.
Frye, Hey, ive been thinkin about trying to get off any food microwavable, but damn its just so convenient. What are your major issues with microwaved cooked food and what are the major benefits that you see. Id really like a few reasons to make myself stop. Ive read a bunch on the internet, but who knows how valid all that bulljive really is....
