hey do you guys remember that old shot of thomas hitting that quarter pipe on a wakeskate?
that was such a cool shot, and i feel it has been overlooked and needs to be overcrooked
take a small canal or passage way, like TJ's old canalskating days. yeah son, anyway, it's be cool to build quarter pipes on each side.....100' or so so there could be a lil back and forth.....maybe like a rock-n -roll on one side to a disaster on the other, or method air or even a shindy above the coping, boneless?.......all the while holding onto the handle and crossing to the otherside, so it's more or less a wide halfpipe, and come to think of it the 2.0 might be nice going right up the middle like the fridge.
thoughts?

the 2.0 would work perfectly for that. such a sick idea. someone needs to build one whos got a system 2.0 and make things happen.

| Does anyone here on the site actually own a system 2.0 for their personal use?

I think that's the one raven's talking about. Randy harris got worked on that thing. I remember seeing that clip on the internet and I still cringe when I see it.
They have a quarter pipe type thing set up for the wake lab events, but the transitions are staged more and the shape seems more managable since you don't have the control on a wakeboard and wakeskate as you would on a skateboard or snowboard.

ya system 2.0 and a park designed for wakeskates would be nasty. i think it was henshaw hitting that full C rail and doing some sick stalls and stuff on his wakeboard at the projects. i think 2.0 is the best thing to happen to water board sports in a long time.

There was a 2.0 pulled contest in Europe I believe that had a quarterpipe at the end for the turn around. The footage is on here somewhere:

mojo, 20 dollars for 1 hour session maxium 5 people with you, call em to set up an appointment and check availability.
I've heard of a few people charging the McCormicks Big Kicker letting go of the handle with enough speed to go up and rock the fakie etc

that would cost $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Out at my old pool gap I had a little finisher ramp up to nothing, then later built a flat spot for stalls. It was fun to do after coming out of the pool to the pond..
I love the idea, i wonder how much trany you would need to pop you up. This idea makes me wanna take my mini ramp 1/2 and take to the lake..... Mmmmmm, that would only be 16ft long. I think you would want 30ft? maybe in the 20's....
2.0 would be the best pull for sure

wakeskatedude, that video really was awesome, i think having the qp at the turn of the 2.0 is the ticket......thanks for posting that miller, i agree, it doesn't need to be that tall to get technical, at least for now itch, sick, that is what i'm talkin about. both sides are hittable and offer some options.
it would be awesome if it could be long like a super pipe in snowboarding.
